Meet Our Team
Sandip Dalvi
( Director )
Sandip is having 18+ of experience with a demonstrated history of working in the Teamcenter applications landscape. Prior to NexTech, he worked with Siemens for 15+ years in diverse technology and management areas, including product management, team management, presales, business process consulting, solution design, and end-to-end implementation. He has strong expertise in Teamcenter technology implementation, upgrades, and migration. Sandip has strong techno-functional knowledge of various industry sectors and works with global clients. He is currently responsible for business development, customer relationship management, and overall business management.
Akshay Kothe
( Director )
Akshay is having 14+ years of experience in the Teamcenter application landscape which includes Teamcenter Deployment, Customization, Upgrade, Data Migration, and Integrations (T40, T4S, T4EA). He worked with Siemens for 8+ years in product development explicitly in the areas of BOM management, product configurator, and Active Workspace. Also, he worked with TCS as a Teamcenter Solution Architect for 7+ years. He is currently responsible for solution development and delivery, along with this he is also responsible for competency building on the latest technologies.
Nicolas Marais
( Director )
Nicolas is having 20 years of experience in PLM, ALM, and CAD domains leading Siemens partner companies including 10 years of executive management. He has Daily experience in translating business needs from operations into requirements and managing multiple concurrent development projects under intense pressure. In addition to NexTech, Nicolas is managing director of EB Solutions (Software development in the PLM field) and Board member of IT Development (Software development in Telecom)
